Guest Advice
We advise our Guest take the following precautions when staying with us in relation to COVID-19. Our advice is based on the latest UK Government COVID-19 guidance for the accommodation sector.
International traveller - When you arrive in the UK, you will not be allowed to leave the place you’re staying for the first 10 days you’re in the UK (known as ‘self-isolating’).
We strongly recommend the use of face masks whilst travelling and in some parts of the UK this is now mandatory
Our staff are instructed to deep clean and sanitise all commonly-touched surfaces of our apartments; you may however use your own disinfectant wipes for additional peace of mind
Maintain physical distance, not shaking hands with the staff
Lift access: Request you to use as single personal only unless using along family members
Request not to touch common or public touch point
Use hand sanitiser when appropriate and avoid touching your face
If you experiences new continuous cough and/or high temperature, however mild, are requested work from home or stay at home and do not leave your house for 7 days from when your symptoms started. If your symptoms worsen during home isolation or are no better after 7 days, contact NHS 111 online. If you have no internet access, you should call NHS 111. For a medical emergency dial 999
Guest are requested to call +44 (0) 20 3538 9123 or OOH +44 (0) 07786 004958 and inform Cloud apartments if there are self-isolating
We request our in house Guests or Bookers on behalf of the Guest, to call us immediately on +44 (0) 20 3538 9123 or OOH +44 (0) 07786 004958, if they need any assistance at time of their isolations
We would like our guests to please help reduce the spread of germs, when you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, or your sleeve (not your hands) if you don’t have a tissue, and throw the tissue away immediately. Then wash your hands or use a hand sanitising gel
Clean and disinfect regularly touched objects and surfaces using your regular cleaning products to reduce the risk of passing the infection on to other people
