A serviced apartment is a fully furnished accommodation an alternate to a hotel. These apartments have the convenience of weekly housekeeping service, fresh towel and linen change, free high-speed internet, spacious living area, and fully equipped kitchen, washing machine.
WHAT IS CORPORATE ACCOMMODATION?
Corporate accommodation is a term used to describe temporary housing (e.g. an apartment) chosen and furnished specifically with the corporate market in mind and used only by employees of companies working away from home, generally on a longer-term basis.
WHAT SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PER NIGHT RATE?
One rate, No hidden cost. Unlimited Broadband, no restriction on Gas and Electricity usage, Includes council tax and TV licences.

HOW DO I CHECK INTO MY APARTMENT AND WILL THERE BE SOMEONE TO MEET AND GREET UPON ARRIVAL?
We offer both meet and greet service and also a self-check-in service. This can be discussed at time of booking.
WHAT IS MEET AND GREET AND WHAT IS SELF CHECK IN?
- A ‘meet and greet’ will mean a member of our team will meet you at the apartment or at the building to give you the keys and show you how utilities at the apartment works and will answer all your questions.
- “Self-check in” we will arrange for the keys to be left somewhere safe. We will email you a comprehensive self-check in guide to take you through your check in process step by step.
HOW DO I ARRIVE TO THE APARTMENT OR FIND THE APARTMENT?
At the time of confirmation, we will send you the arrival process which will have full property address including area post code for you to drive, or to instruct your taxi driver or even for you to walk from the nearest rain station to the property.
WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELATION TERMS?
We require a 14-day written notice period.
